- Blockout Date (not operating) – 25th December
- All passengers must check in at Paradise Jet Boating office minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.

- Cancellation Policy - 24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule a pre-booking. If less than 24hrs notice given, 100% cancellation charges may apply.
- No show - Ticket holders who 'no show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
