Where the Property is holding a reservation and the guest fails to arrive by 12:00 midnight on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be classified as a "no show". "No shows" and "Early Departures" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked nights and the reservation will be cancelled.
