Days of operation: 7 days a week (Mon to Sun)

Age requirements: If you are between 12-18 years you must have parental or legal guardian consent. If your parent or legal guardian cannot be with you on the day of your skydive you must notify our office immediately. We will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent to you prior to your skydive.

Australian Parachute Federation (APF): $35 APF levy and admin fee MUST BE PAID on board directly to our office. Membership payment is mandatory, all payments and documents must be completed prior to skydiving. IMPORTANT! All customers MUST PRE REGISTER WITH THE APF. You will have an access to iPad at each of our drop zones for submitting registration if you do not have access to internet and are unable to complete the link. Our staff can assist you if needed. However it is preferred if you complete the registration prior their arrival to our drop zone, as this help to ensure smooth and quick check in process.

Weight Restrictions and Charges: Any client weighing 95kg or more must be assessed by our Drop Zone Safety Officer on site to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions and weather conditions. Weight charges payable on arrival: 95kg ‐ 104.9kg = $50 105kg and above = $75 110kg and above requires on site assessment

Please notify us if you are under 18 years, over 95kgs or in case of any medical condition / issues.

No refund and amendment will be made once a purchase is made as this package / product is for promotion only.

Video and photos: Cameramen/Tandem Masters are filming in extreme conditions and malfunctions may occur from time to time. Issues of tandem passenger movement, focus, framing, moisture, vibration may result in video and photo content being inconsistent from passenger to passenger. Upon a total camera failure, with no usable footage being available from your jump: You are entitled to a FULL REFUND of your purchase price of your camera product. All original footage and photos remain the property of Skydive Australia to use in any promotions or other activity. Video and Photos should be checked upon receipt, and any problems must be reported within five (5) days. After this time the footage may not be available.

Please ensure you allow at least 20 minutes from the time your flight lands to get to the Shuttle Bus for your transfer to your hotel.

Sun Palm Transport is the ONLY Cairns Airport Transfers Service Operator to have welcome desks at both the Domestic and International Arrival Terminals.

Simply proceed to the orange SHUTTLE BUS sign where your printed boarding tickets will be waiting for you! When travelling with Sun Palm you don’t have the stress of looking for your driver or searching for your name on a hand held sign amongst hundreds of people. Simply make your way to our WELCOME desk and collect your ticket.

As we are the only licenced operator with a WELCOME desk Sun Palm Transport have priority Bus Parking utilising the closest parking bays to the arrivals terminals so no long walks to your vehicle.

Gettining There:

• Pick ups start at 5am for Skydive Cairns sunrise jump. Northern Beaches pick up only available at 5:15am(subject to change due to weather), exact pick up time and pick up locations must be reconfirmed min. 24hours prior the skydive. 
• Pick up available for all accommodation in Cairns. Northern Beaches pick up only available at 5:15am, extras charge applies on the return drop off to Northern Beaches $20pp. Pick up from Port Douglas one way $30pp and return transfers $50 – both transfers are operated by BTS coaches.
