In this exclusive up-close encounter you will come face to face with one of Australia’s most iconic animal – The Kangaroo!
You will meet our passionate and knowledgeable keepers who will guide you into the Kangaroos exhibit where you will be able to feed and pose for photos with them.

Booking conditions
In the event that you cancel your animal encounter the following cancellation applies:
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to event date will be given a full refund
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days prior to the event date incur a 50% cancellation fee
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event date incur a 100% cancellation fee .
Other conditions
Zoos Victoria reserves the right to cancel an encounter due to an animal welfare issue. A full refund or alternate booking will be made. Due to animal behavioral issues, experiences may vary.
All participants must agree to follow the keeper's instructions.
A paying adult must accompany children under 15 years of age. 1:1 Supervision is required for Children under 8 years.
