Where the property is holding a reservation and the guest fails to arrive by 12:00 midnight on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be classified as a "no show". "No Show" and "Early Departure" will be charged a cancellation fee equals to 100% of booked nights and the reservation will be cancelled.
